To keep the cost low we have volunteers willing and able to help with many services. Local business are eager to help seniors with home services such as; carpenters, painters, A/C service, lawn care, house cleaning and etc.

Group transportation is available for some BayBears games (check our web site for time and dates), every Tuesday we take a group to Creola Senior Center to enjoy entertainment and a delicious $1.25 lunch, and also you can join a group that enjoys the Chickasaw Civic Theater delightful and entertaining plays. On the fourth Thursday each month we have a covered dish lunch at the Central Church of Christ with entertainment and great food. All these activities are available at group rates and door to door service.

Stay active with many walking paths in Saraland. Walking paths are located at Hertz Park on First Avenue, Harbin Park on Norton Avenue, Amelia Park on Ellen Street and the Saraland YMCA on Saraland Loop Road. The Y has senior pool aerobics every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The Y also has special low rates for seniors.
